Authentic Chinese at Home: Dan Dan Noodles

Let's make dan dan noodles at home. It's a light and spicy menu.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Pork mince
100 g
Bok choy
2 leaves
Chinese noodles
1 serving
Chicken soup stock granules
300 ml
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Salt, pepper
To taste
Additions:
Japanese leek (finely chopped)
5 cm worth
Zha cai - Sichuan pickled vegetable (finely chopped)
5 g
White sesame paste soy sauce
2 tablespoons each
Hot sesame oil sesame oil vinegar
1 teaspoon each

Steps

1. Put all additional ingredients into a serving bowl.
2. Heat some oil in a frying pan and cook the minced meat. When it's browned, season with salt and pepper.
3. Add boiled soup into the frying pan. Arrange the cooked noodles, the meat from step 2, bok choy (boiled for 1 minute) into the serving bowl, and enjoy.
