Cream Pasta Soup

This is a cream pasta soup that's made with milk.

Ingredients: 2 servings

200 g
40 g
Frozen shrimps
as needed
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Grated garlic
1 tablespoon
400 ml
15 g
★Parmesan cheese
1/2 tablespoon
★Soup stock cubes
Broth from the pasta
50 ml
to taste
Black pepper
to taste


1. Slice the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and cut the bacon into thin strips. Leave the shrimps to thaw. Begin to boil the pasta (cook it so that it still has a firm bite).
2. Add the olive and oil and garlic into a frying pan and place it over heat. Once the garlic is fragrant, begin to stir-fry the bacon, cabbage, and shrimps in that order.
3. Mix in the ★ ingredients and let the mixture simmer. Next, pour in the broth form the pasta, along with the pasta itself, and let the ingredients simmer together for 1 minute. Adjust the flavour of the pasta soup with salt.
4. Transfer the pasta soup to a plate and sprinkle some black pepper over the top to serve.
