Addicting Korean-style Natto & Kimchi over Rice

I came up with a natto rice dish that can be eaten with gusto.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Plain cooked rice
1 rice bowl (200-250 g)
1/2 pack
to taste
Green onion or scallion
to taste
White sesame seeds
to taste
Coarse salt
a pinch
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
Egg yolk


1. Mix the natto with the included sauce. Thinly slice the scallion.
2. Fill a rice bowl with rice and top with the natto and kimchi.
3. Garnish with the scallions and white sesame seeds. Add the salt and sesame oil and stir it in. To finish it off, top with an egg yolk right in the center.

I wanted to eat natto with kimchi!
When I had both available, I just made this on the spot and it came out great.
