Speedy and Easy Sugar Snap Peas and Grated Cheese

It's delicious with the sweetness of the sugar snap peas matched with the saltiness of the grated cheese!
It's simple but looks fancy!!


Sugar snap peas
Grated cheese
1 tablespoon
Olive oil
1 teaspoon
a small amount


1. String the peas. Dig your nails into the end of the peas, and pull up the strings.
2. Break off the stems with your nails, and pull down the strings on the other side.
3. Briefly boil the sugar snap peas in boiling water. If you cook them too long, they will lose their nice colour!
4. Put them in a sieve, and transfer into a bowl. Mix in the olive oil and grated cheese. The saltiness of the cheese varies so add the salt to suit your taste.
