Grandma's Egg Toast

This is like a pizza-style toast with a large amount of eggs. It's so substantial that you will be completely satisfied after eating it.

Ingredients

Sliced bread (1.5cm thick)

Egg
1
Margarine or butter
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
a pinch
Ham
1 slice
Sliced cheese
1 slice
Ketchup
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Prepare the boiled egg to your desired degree. Peel the egg and slice it with an egg slicer.
2. Spread margarine and ketchup on the slice of bread, and place the ham on top.
3. Arrange the slices of boiled egg, and sprinkle with salt. Sprinkle with the cheese and toast in a toaster oven.
4. Once the cheese has melted, it's done. Sprinkle on some parsley and black pepper to taste.
