Homemade Pasta

This is an easy homemade pasta that you can eat at home!

Ingredients: 3 servings

Bread (strong) flour
140 g
Semolina powder
60 g
0.8 g


1. Put the dry ingredients without sifting in a bowl. Add salt.
2. Lightly mix the dry ingredients with a fork. Drop the eggs in the center one at a time and mix from the center towards outside.
3. When it is incorporated, mix it by hand and form into a ball.
4. The surface should be rough and uneven at this point. Keep kneading on a working surface about 15-20 minutes. It's crunch time!
5. It starts to get smooth. Once the surface becomes smooth like this, you are done kneading! Good work. Wrap it with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for one hour.
6. Dust the flour (bread flour) and press it flat with your palm. Roll the dough out with a rolling pin.
7. If you have a pasta machine, roll it out until the number 6 or 7 thickness. If you do not own a pasta machine, roll it with a rolling pin until you can almost see through the dough.
8. Once the dough is very thin, cut into a 10 x 30 cm rectangle while dusting. Then cut it into 1 cm strips.
9. Cook in a boiling water for 1-2 minutes and it is ready. Enjoy it with your favorite sauce!

Homemade fresh pasta is always delicious. I dug out the old pasta machine that we had tucked away in storage and made some at home. This recipe yields an easy to make amount.
