1 pack
Shredded red pickled ginger
+1 teaspoon
Chopped green onion
to garnish


1. Just mix it all up.
2. It's yummy topped on rice, but also tasty eaten as a side dish or with drinks.
3. You can top it on tofu. I think there are many different variations you could try with this.

Story Behind this Recipe

I like natto and eat it often, so I felt like eating it in a new way. I made this since I had some red pickled ginger in my fridge.
And then I became addicted to it.
