Bring a pot of water to a boil and add some salt. Boil the shirataki noodles for a couple of minutes, drain into a colander or sieve, and cut into easy to eat lengths.

Even if it's a bother, it's best to pre-treat the shirataki noodles at Step 1 to get rid of the odor and to make it absorb flavors better. It's easiest to cut up the shirataki noodles with kitchen scissors after you've put them in a colander or sieve.
