Spring Cabbage & Egg Soup With Wei-pa

This is a soup with spring cabbage and fluffy egg.

Ingredients: serves 3

1 to 2 leaves
600 ml
2 teaspoons
★Salt and pepper
to taste
Sesame oil (optional)
to taste


1. Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Beat the eggs and set aside.
2. Add water to a pot and heat. Once it comes to a boil add the cabbage. Once the cabbage is tender, add the ★ ingredients, lastly add the beaten egg and the sesame oil. It's complete.
