Stir-Fried Asparagus with Butter Soy Sauce

The balsamic vinegar makes this asparagus dish very elegant.
Serve the asparagus at any length you prefer.

Ingredients: 12 stalks' worth

12 stalks (200 g)
10 g
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon


1. Cut the root ends off of the asparagus. Heat the butter in a frying pan and stir-fry the asparagus.
2. Once the asparagus has cooked through, add the soy sauce and Balsamic vinegar. Mix until evenly coated to finish.

I always make asparagus with butter and soy sauce, but wanted to add something a little more... so, I tried adding some Balsamic vinegar.
