Gluten, Egg, and Dairy-Free Apple Pound Cake

This recipe doesn't use wheat flour, eggs, or dairy products! Since it uses soy flour, it's healthy! If you use this recipe, you can't fail at making this easy cake.

★Apple juice

★Olive oil

Carbonated water

Apple compote
220 g
Apple (any kind)

Beet sugar syrup

Vanilla beans

Cinnamon

Steps

1. Make the apple compote the day before you bake this cake. Peel the apple and cut it into 1.5 cm cubes.
2. Put the water, beet sugar syrup, vanilla beans, and apple into a pot. Turn the heat to medium and cover with a droplid. Once it has come to a boil, let it simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Let the mixture cool to room temperature then place it in the refrigerator! Just before making the cake, combine the 220 g of apple with a pinch of cinnamon.

Story Behind this Recipe

My son is allergic to flour and eggs, but I wanted to give him a delicious apple cake to eat. After much trial and error, I finally settled on this recipe, which I think tastes the most delicious.
