My Husband Raves About This! Rosemary Flavored Roast Pork

Just sprinkle with the flavoring ingredients and roast.
It's so easy, but my husband says it tastes like it was made by a pro! Great for parties too! (My boyfriend became my husband last year because of this recipe!)

Ingredients: 2 to 3 servings

Pork (block) - choose one of the following 3 options:
300 to 350 g
Option 1: Pork round
It's tender, not too fatty and just right ♪.
Option 2: Pork shouder
Hearty and delicious! For parties and events
Option 3: Pork fillet
Healthy and low fat! Tender
Salt and pepper (use rock salt and black pepper if possible)
to taste (a generous amount)
to taste
The sauce ingredients:
Grated onion
1 medium
Sweet new harvest onion (grated)
1 medium
White wine
2 tablespoons
Balsamic vinegar
1/3 tablespoon (1 teaspoon)
1 tablespoon
Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon
Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
2 tablespoons


1. Season the block of pork generously with salt and pepper and rosemary, and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour. (If you're busy, 30 minutes is fine.)
2. Put the meat on a baking pan. (If it has a layer of fat, put that on top.) Roast in a 200°C oven for 30 minutes, then roast for another 20 minutes at 170°C. Done!
3. Make the sauce: Add the -marked ingredients to the baking pan and mix with the pan juices. Bring to a boil on the stove-top while scraping the pan. (Use oven mitts.)
4. Transfer all the sauce ingredients from the pan to a frying pan and bring to a boil.
