I had a craving for delicious golden brown French toast.
If you prefer a more golden finish, use 50 ml of milk. The photos shows it made with 60 ml. The trick is to fry it quickly in a hot frying pan. Since the center will not cook through, the baguette can be enjoyed nice and fluffy.
