A Highly Nourishing Salad! Carrot and Chikuwa Tossed in Sesame-Mayo

Yogurt and sesame make this salad chock-full of nutrients.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Carrot
1 small
Chikuwa
2-3
Mayonnaise (calorie-reduced type)
2 tablespoons
Yogurt
3 tablespoons
White ground sesame seeds
2 tablespoons
Salt
2 pinches

Steps

1. Julienne the carrots, wrap in paper towels, then wrap again in plastic wrap. Microwave for 1 min at 600w.
2. Julienne the chikuwa.
3. Add the carrots and chikuwa to the rest of the ingredients and toss.
