Crunchy Kabocha Squash and Nut Salad

I added crispy bacon and crunchy nuts to mashed kabocha. You'll be addicted to this salad.

Ingredients: 4 people

Kabocha squash
Kabocha seeds
2 tablespoons
Your favorite nuts (pine nuts, walnuts etc)
1 tablespoon~as much as you like
☆Salt and pepper
a small amount
About 1 tablespoon
☆Plain yogurt
About 1 tablespoon


1. ※For the nuts, use almonds or whatever you prefer (You can also just use one variety). Roast the nuts in a pan.
2. Cut the kabocha squash into chunks, and boil. Mash to your preferred consistency.
3. This time, I used a block of bacon. Dice and fry until crispy. Of course, you can use different kinds of bacon as well.
4. Mix in the ☆ ingredients, nuts, and bacon, and it's done!
