Cured Ham and Radish Sandwich

A light sandwich suited to the adult palate. ♪
I recommend slicing this into bite-sizes, in an afternoon tea-style.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Sliced sandwich bread
2 slices
Butter or margarine
as needed
Cured ham
1-2 slices
* Thinly sliced radish
* French dressing
1 teaspoon
* Olive oil
1/2 teaspoon
* Lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon


1. Use a slicer to slice the radish thinly. Put all the ingredients marked * into a bowl and marinate the radish.
2. Butter one slice of bread, top with the ham, and then line the ham with radish slices.
3. Close the sandwich and lightly press down on the top with your hands. Wrap and leave for a while. Remove the crusts, cut into bite-size pieces and enjoy.

Story Behind this Recipe

I had radish soaked in dressing left over from when I made a salad, so I stuffed it in a sandwich. It was delicious.
