Broccolini and Shirasu Stir-fried with Zesty Lemon

Broccolini are full of vitamin C, calcium and iron; great for expecting and nursing moms!
This is a lightly seasoned dish, so it's great as another side dish or in bentos.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Broccolini
1/2 bunch
Shirasu (boiled and dried baby sardines)
2 tablespoons
Lemon juice (bottled)
1 teaspoon
Soy sauce
a little
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Pepper
to taste

Steps

1. Fry the shirasu in sesame oil. When they start to brown, toss in the broccolini and stir-fry.
2. When the broccolini are cooked, add soy sauce. Quickly stir-fry.
3. Add lemon juice, mix, and it's done. Season with black pepper if you like.
