My Simple Tomato Sauce

My Simple Tomato Sauce

This is my super easy tomato sauce that I always make a lot of.
You can use it for a lot of dishes, so it's versatile and convenient!

Canned whole tomatoes
1 can (400 g)
Garlic, grated (or tubed)
About 2 cloves
Olive oil
About 4 tablespoons
1 teaspoon
Basil (dried)
as needed
Soup stock cube

1. Chop the garlic. Purée the canned whole tomatoes (you can strain it in a sieve if you prefer).
2. Heat up a frying pan, then add olive oil. Sauté the chopped garlic to infuse the oil.
3. Put the mashed whole tomatoes and the soup stock cube in the frying pan with garlic and oil.
4. Add the salt. When it begins to boil, turn off the heat. Sprinkle on the dried basil to finish!
5. Adjust the amount of salt depending on what food you will use the sauce with.
6. You can divide it into portions and store it in the freezer!
