These are pretty little cake-like salads. Take them along to a cherry blossom viewing picnic, or make them for a spring party.
I made this for my tarako-loving son and my drink-loving husband.
I used 2 small pieces of tarako for this. Add a little bit at a time until it turns the color you like.If you don't have circular molds, you can use glass cups or other containers.
