Easy Quiche with Soy Milk

I used soy milk to cut down on the calories.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Soy milk
80-100 ml
Egg
1
Mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon
Pizza cheese
40 g
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Fillings
Spinach
2-3 bunches
Bacon
2 slices

Steps

1. Stir-fry the bacon and spinach with some salt and pepper.
2. Combine the soy milk, egg, mayonnaise, and pizza cheese and mix with the cooked bacon and spinach.
3. Bake the mixture in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20 minutes.
