Story Behind this Recipe

I wanted a recipe to prepare the vegetables while the meat is cooking.
The katakuriko helps seal in the umami of the meat, and turns pork offcuts into a divine dish.
Speedy, delicious, and easy-on-the-wallet, this recipe is a lifesaver before pay day.
