Wakame seaweed (dried)
3 g
Onion
1/2
water
600 ml
★Weipa
1 teaspoon or more
★Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
★Sesame oil
a small amount
Toasted sesame seeds
to taste
Katakuriko slurry
as needed

Steps

1. Rehydrate the wakame in water, slice the onion.
