Easy Pizza Crust

All you need to do is to knead all the ingredients in a plastic bag for 8 minutes. It's very easy to make!

Ingredients: Two 25cm crispy crusts

*Bread (strong) flour
*Cake flour
*Dry yeast
Lukewarm water
Olive oil


1. Place a bowl on a scale. Place the plastic bag inside with it wide open. Measure in all of the ingredients marked *, and shake well to mix.
2. Add the lukewarm water and olive oil, and squeeze the bag after letting a bit of air inside. Knead by hand from the outside of the bag for 7-8 minutes.
3. Roll out the dough to about a 2cm thickness, and let it rise for 12 minutes using the bread-rising setting (30W) of your oven.
4. Place the dough out on a dusted work surface, and punch down the dough. Divide the dough into two portions.
5. Roll the dough to about 25cm in diameter with a rolling pin.
6. Add the toppings of your choice. Bake for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 220℃ and it's done.

Story Behind this Recipe

Our family prefers homemade when it comes to pizzas. We bake two pizzas and add two to four types of toppings.
The picture above shows a pizza made with homemade teriyaki chicken and sauce, and one with homemade sauce topped with wiener sausages and salami.
