Easy Rice Burgers

Enjoy Mos Burger at home.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Plain cooked rice
1 bowlful
Yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) sauce
as needed
as needed
☆ Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
☆ Sugar
1 tablespoon
☆ Sake
1 tablespoon
☆ Mirin
1 tablespoon


1. Divide the rice into 2 portions. Cover in plastic wrap, shape it into a ball, and press on it to flatten.
2. Fry the rice in a frying pan. When it gets crispy, add ☆ ingredients and fry until browned.
3. Next, cook the pork in yakiniku sauce.
4. Sandwich pork and lettuce with the rice patties and enjoy.
