5-Minute Japanese Leek and Canned Tuna Side Dish

This is the ultimate recipe. After all, it's so easy, but the leeks look so elegant. The liquid from the canned tuna is an essential seasoning ingredient!!

Ingredients: 2 generous servings

Japanese leek
Canned tuna (packed in water)
1 large can
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Garlic (grated)
1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper
to taste


1. Thoroughly rinse the leek and cut into 5 cm lengths.
2. Combine the olive oil and garlic in a frying pan, then slowly sauté over low heat until fragrant.
3. Add the leek, then sauté over medium heat. When the leeks become tender, add the tuna with the canned liquid.
4. Season with salt and pepper, then continue cooking to evaporate the moisture to desired consistency. Adjust the taste, and you're done!
