Steamed Cabbage and Pork with Sesame Salt Sauce

This is dish with sesame salt sauce is great with beer You can cook it quickly in 10 minutes if you use a Dutch oven. You can serve this directly in the pot!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Pork (offcuts)
150-200 g
1 tablespoon
Cake flour
1 tablespoon
Chopped cabbage
1/4-1/3 a head
Green onion (finely chopped)
10 cm
2 tablespoons
★Chicken soup stock powder
1/2 teaspoon
1/3 teaspoon
★Sesame oil
1 tablespoon


1. Put the pork in a plastic bag and season with sake. Coat with the cake flour.
2. Layer the cabbage and pork in the Dutch oven with the final layer consisting of the pork.
3. Sprinkle the ★ ingredients over the top, cover with the lid, and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Top with the green onions.
