Simmered Chinese Chives, Sausages and Chikuwa Fishcake

Just fry and simmer. Chives alone are not enough for a side dish, so I added sausages and chikuwa fishcake sticks.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chinese chives
1 bunch
Wiener sausages
2-3
Chikuwa
2-3
☆Sake
1 tablespoon
☆Mirin
1 tablespoon
☆Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
☆Water
2 tablespoons
Oil
for frying

Steps

1. Slice the sausages and chikuwa on the diagonal.
2. Cut the chives into 4 cm strips.
3. Add a little oil to the frying pan and fry the sausages and chikuwa.
4. When they are browned, add the chives and lightly fry everything together.
5. Add the ingredients marked ☆, simmer and it's done.
