Japanese Style Pasta with Tuna and Green Onions

This is a Japanese-flavored pasta with green onions and wasabi.

Ingredients: 1 serving

1 portion
Canned tuna
40 g (half a can)
Thin green onions or scallions
To taste
Shredded nori seaweed
To taste
* Pasta cooking water
50 ml (1 ladleful)
* Dashi stock granules
1 teaspoon
* Mentsuyu (5x concentrate)
2 teaspoons
* Wasabi paste
about 2 cm from a tube (1/2 teaspoon)


1. Start boiling the pasta. Finely chop the green onion.
2. Combine the * ingredients to make the sauce. Put the drained canned tuna in a bowl.
3. Put the cooked pasta in the bowl with the tuna, add the combined sauce, and mix well.
4. Transfer to a serving plate, top with chopped green onion and nori seaweed, and serve!
