Tamagoyaki Rolled Omelet with Red Pickled Ginger

I added leftover red pickled ginger and it was super yummy.

Ingredients: 2 ~ 3 servings

Eggs
3
Red pickled ginger
1 ~ 2 tablespoons
Shiro-dashi
2 teaspoons
Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Mince the red pickled ginger. ※Do not squeeze the pickle juice!
2. Beat eggs, add shiro-dashi and red pickled ginger, then mix well.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, and cook.
