Put the meat in either a plastic bag or a bowl.
Add a tablespoonful of panko (approximately).
Mix in the miso (about halfthe amount of panko).
Knead sufficiently until the miso is mixed together and it's done!
Roll into bite-sized balls...
Put in a soup...
Form into flat patties...
Make into chicken burger steaks.
Or enjoy with ankake (starch-thickened sauce).

It goes well with Japanese flavored ingredients.
- Be sure not to add too many bread crumbs or too much miso, so that it doesn't get too hard or too strong. - You can use this mixture to make hot pot meatballs, in clear soup mixed with chopped shiso leaves, formed into patties as hamburgers (add your favorite seasonings), sandwiched between slices of lotus root or stuffed into shiitake mushroom caps, and more...
