This is a nourishing sesame dressing that's suitable with rice, dinner drinks, packed in bentos, for lunch, as a light meal, or as a side-dish for grilled meat, or a BBQ potluck.

Bean sprouts
2 packets
Cucumber
1 to 2
Ham (low sugar variety)
4 slices
Sesame Flavoring
Ground sesame seeds
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
1 to 2 tablespoons
Artificial sweetener
1 teaspoon
(or if using sugar)
(10g)
Bonito flakes
a pinch
Salt
to taste

Steps

1. Lightly boil the bean sprouts, then squeeze out the excess water. Julienne the cucumbers. Toss the remaining ingredients.
