Easy Pork Piccata

Cheap, easy, and delicious!! Once they start cooking.....there will be such a wonderful aroma. The whole family will flock to this piccata.

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Thinly sliced pork
350 g
Parsley, minced
to taste
Parmesan cheese
3 heaping tablespoons
Black pepper
a small amount
Vegetable oil
as needed


1. Beat the egg and add the minced parsley, parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Mix together very well.
2. You don't need to spread out the pork slices... coat each slice with the egg mixture.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan. Cook the pork on medium-low heat, taking care not to burn it. Once they are nicely browned, they're done.

My kids come home from their club activities exhausted and hungry. I didn't want to keep them waiting, so I made this real quick with eggs and pork.
