Place the chicken tenderloin on a plate. Marinate with sake, olive oil, salt and pepper. Tightly cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 1 - 2 minutes at 500 W.
After microwaving, it's easy to tear it apart by hand. I used this chicken for fresh spring rolls. (Recipe ID: 2152105)
You can use this chicken in many different dishes such as udon noodles and pho.

Story Behind this Recipe
I wanted to use the chicken to pack in a bento, so I microwaved it. It's easy but becomes very tender. It's better if you slice it thinly.
Olive oil and sake make the meat moist and tender. Microwave for about 4 ~ 6 minutes for chicken. Please don't cook too long. Especially if you try to microwave frozen meat until cooked through, it will become tough, so please microwave after defrosting.
