Bean Sprout Namul Just Like Ippudo Ramen's

At Ippudo Ramen, they serve bean sprout namul (Korean vegetable side dish) to your table, and you can eat all you want. I eat tons of it while I'm waiting for my order. I thought, can't I just make this at home? So I gave it a shot.

Ingredients: Serves 2

Bean sprouts
1 bag
Garlic chives
2-3
Toasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons
Sesame oil
2 tablespoons
Grated garlic
1 clove
Doubanjiang
1/2 teaspoon
Ichimi spice
to taste

Steps

1. Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, grated garlic and ichimi chilli pepper powder in a bowl.
2. Boil the bean sprouts and garlic chives (chopped into 5cm pieces).
3. Drain well, put in the bowl used in Step 1 and mix well while the bean sprouts are still hot.
