Spinach and Shirasu in a Light and Refreshing Lemon Stir-fry

Iron and calcium rich spinach and shirasu make this a good recipe for pregnant and nursing women.
The Vitamin C in this helps the body absorb the iron content easily.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Spinach
1/2 bunch
Shirasu (boiled and dried baby sardines)
2 tablespoons (about 20 g)
Sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon
Lemon juice concentrate
1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce
a little
Pepper
to taste

Steps

1. Heat sesame oil and stir-fry the shirasu. When they have a little color, add spinach and stir-fry.
2. When the spinach is wilted, drizzle soy sauce and stop the heat.
3. Sprinkle on lemon juice, mix, and it's done. Season with black pepper if you like.

Story Behind this Recipe
