Spring Cabbage & Ground Pork Fried Rice

Even though spring cabbage is tender, it's cut into large pieces so that it retains its crunchy texture The garlic and the ginger are flavorful.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Plain cooked rice
180 g
Ground pork
80 g
Cabbage
2~3 leaves
Garlic (minced)
1 clove
Ginger
1 knob
Sesame oil
a small amount
Yakiniku sauce
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
a small amount

Steps

1. Mince the garlic and ginger. Roughly chop the cabbage into large pieces.
2. Cook the garlic and ginger in sesame oil, being careful not to burn it.
3. Once fragrant, add the ground pork and cook until it changes color. Add the yakiniku sauce.
4. Turn the heat to high!! Add in the cabbage and quickly add in the the rice. Mix it together and adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
5. Done.
