*Carrot Kinpira Stir-fry * For Bento Boxes *

I seasoned the carrots after frying in sesame oil. This also tasted great cold so it's suitable for bento boxes.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Carrots (small)
Red chili pepper (sliced)
a small amount
1 tablespoon
●Soy sauce
scant 1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
scant 1 teaspoon
●Dashi stock powder
1/3 teaspoon
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
White toasted sesame seeds
a small amount


1. Cut the carrot into 3, and then finely julienne.
2. Put sesame oil in a heated frying pan and quickly fry the carrots. Add the ● ingredients and keep frying until the liquid evaporates.
3. Serve on a dish and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
