Easy Soy Milk Udon

The sesame oil and black pepper added at the end becomes addicting. Have it when you feel like something is missing from your meal or prepare it for a late night nibble.

Ingredients

Additive-free, unsweetened soy milk
200 ml
Udon noodles
1 pack
Sesame oil
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
Chicken stock:
Chicken bouillon powder
2 teaspoons
Water
200 ml
Salt
to taste
Usukuchi soy sauce
as needed
Green onions
1/4 bundle

Steps

1. Add chicken stock soup into the soy milk and adjust the taste.
2. Add and warm up the udon noodles.
3. Put the ingredients from Step 2 into a bowl. Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle black pepper to finish.

Story Behind this Recipe

I quickly made this dish since I didn't have any soup for my meal. I made it into a recipe because the combination of sesame oil and black pepper was just amazing.
