Diet Menu Tofu Okonomiyaki

You can eat a lot of this even if you are on a diet.


Firm tofu
1 block
☆Dashi stock granules
1 teaspoon
☆ Umami seasoning
a small amount
1 tablespoon


1. Put the cabbage in a food processor to finely chop.
2. Transfer into a bowl. Crumble in the tofu, and mix. Add the ☆ ingredients, and mix some more.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Arrange the shapes of okonomiyaki and pan-fry over medium-low heat. If you are using a non-stick frying pan, cook them without oil.
4. Flip the Step 3 okonomiyaki and cover with a lid to steam-fry. It will be done within 3-5 minutes.
