Nachos with Chili Con Carne

This is an easy way of preparing nachos using chili con carne. Eat it up while it's still hot.

Ingredients: 3 servings

Corn chips (plain)
100 g
Chili con carne (Recipe ID: 211357)
1 cup
Red cheddar cheese
30-50 g


1. Put the corn chips on a plate.
2. Then layer on the heated chili con carne.
3. Top with cheese. Microwave (without cling film) for about 1.5-2 minutes, keeping an eye on it. It's ready when the cheese has melted!
