2 tablespoons
Heavy cream
100 ml (1/2 cup)


1. Add the sugar and water in a small pot, and turn on the heat to medium.
2. Simmer while shaking the pot occasionally.
3. In the meantime... pour in the heavy cream into a heatproof dish and microwave for about 30 seconds at 500W.
4. The color starts to change gradually.
5. Simmer until it becomes nicely browned, add the Step 3 heavy cream, and mix well by shaking the pot.
6. Let it cool at room temperature, and it's done.
