Ginger & Lemon Pasta Soup

Add some egg and cheese to the ingredients in the title for a refreshing pasta dish. Sometimes I just really want to eat this.


1 bundle (~100 g)
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Garlic (minced)
1 clove
*Egg yolk
*Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
*Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon
*Salt and pepper
a small amount
1 piece


1. Boil the pasta in salted water for 1 minute less than instructed on the package. Combine the * ingredients in a bowl.
2. Slowly cook the garlic in oil in the frying pan over low heat.
3. Add the pasta and 1 ladleful of the pasta water to the frying pan. Shake the pan to emulsify the soup with the oil.
4. Add in the * soup. Lastly, top with grated ginger and enjoy.
