An Easy Oven Roasted Beef Recipe to be Proud Of

Rub the ingredients into the meat and bake in the oven! An easy recipe, and the meat comes out tender The homemade sauce is the best too! Please try this for festive occasions or parties.

Ingredients: 5 servings

Beef round (block)
600 g
☆ Salt
To taste
☆ Black pepper
To taste
☆ Garlic powder
To taste
Olive oil
As needed
★ Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
★ Sugar
1 tablespoon
★ Mirin
1 tablespoon
★ Grated ginger
To taste


1. Rub the ☆ ingredients into the beef. Cover with plastic wrap, and let rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
2. Put the beef on an oven rack and roast at 250 °C for 30 to 35 minutes.
3. While the beef roasts, make the sauce. Finely chop the onion and saute in olive oil until softened. Add the ★ ingredients and mix well. Turn off the heat.
4. When the meat is done, wrap in aluminum foil and let rest for about 15 minutes.
5. Take the meat out of the foil and transfer to a serving plate.
6. Pour the meat juices into the pan with the sauce and mix.
7. Serve the beef with the sauce.
8. For parties and events, serve on a large plate.
