Rich Pasta Carbonara with Milk and a Whole Egg

This is a rich carbonara with lots of cheese. It is easy to make with milk and whole egg!

Ingredients: 2 servings

200 g
3 slices
Grated garlic
1 teaspoon
10 g
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Sliced cheese
3 slices
Parsely, Black pepper
to taste


1. Boil the pasta in plenty of hot water.
2. Chop the bacon into 1 cm strips.
3. Beat the eggs.
4. Put the bacon, garlic, olive oil and butter in a pan and fry over low heat.
5. When the bacon shrinks, add the milk.
6. When the milk boils, tear the cheese and put into the pan.
7. When the cheese melts, add the cooked pasta and mix.
8. Turn off the heat. Add the beaten egg and stir.
9. Serve on a plate and enjoy! Sprinkle parsley and black pepper if you like.
