Ingredients: 2-3 servings (4 pieces)

★Ground pork
350 g
★Bean sprouts
1 bag
★Egg
1
★Salt and pepper
to taste
☆ Panko
3 tablespoons
☆Milk
3 tablespoons
Grated daikon radish
to taste
Sake
as needed

Steps

1. You can simply mix together all the ☆ and ★ ingredients together, but it'll turn out softer if you first soak the panko in the milk separately.
