Oil-free Chewy Yogurt Donuts

This is a yogurt version of my "Easy Oil-free Chewy Tofu Donuts" (Recipe ID: 1494059) They are tasty and chewy with a different texture to the tofu version.

Ingredients: 12 donuts, 6.5 cm in diameter

Plain yogurt
150 g
Cake flour
150 g
40 g
Baking powder
1.5 teaspoons


1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (no need to strain the yogurt.)
2. Pour the mixture into a pastry bag and squeeze into a donut mold. Fill only 50% of each mold. (The hole in the center will close up if you fill too much.)
3. Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180℃, and the're done.
