This is a yogurt version of my "Easy Oil-free Chewy Tofu Donuts" (Recipe ID: 1494059) They are tasty and chewy with a different texture to the tofu version.
I had some leftover plain yogurt, so I incorporated to my tofu doughnuts It turned out delicious.
If you don't have donut molds, simply bake in aluminum foil cups or muffin pans. The top photo shows plain and chocolate chip versions.
