Pork and Cabbage With Crispy Onion Sauce

Pork and Cabbage With Crispy Onion Sauce

Easy but delicious! This home recipe is a bit hit right now at my workplace! One of my co-worker's kids even requested this for their birthday!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Pork
240 g
Cabbage leaves
3
Ponzu
70 ml
Finely chopped onion
1/4
Salt and pepper
A small amount

Steps

1. This is really all the ingredients you need! The recipe takes 15 minutes from beginning to end. (^^♪
2. Finely chop the onion.
3. Combine the chopped onion with 70 ml of ponzu sauce. As it marinates in the ponzu sauce, the harshness of the onion will dissipate.
4. Cut the cabbage up roughly into about 3 cm square pieces.
5. Heat some oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add the cabbage and stir fry quickly. Transfer to a serving plate.
6. Add more oil to the pan and cook the pork. Season with a little salt and pepper. Spread the pork out and be sure to cook both sides. It's best if it's a bit browned.
7. Transfer the pork pieces to the dish with cabbage as it cooks.
8. Pour the onion-ponzu sauce over all! It's amazingly tasty! Mix the cabbage, pork and onion sauce together and enjoy.
