Healthy Almond Tamagoyaki

This Japanese style rolled omlette (tamagoyaki) is very easy to make, delicious, and good for bentos or as a side dish. It's good for your beauty and health.


Daikon greens (or any vegetable greens)
10 g
Almond flour
1 tablespoon
Olive oil (or vegetable oil)
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
2 shakes


1. Cut the vegetables into tiny pieces. Mix all the ingredients marked ○ together. Season with salt and pepper (About 2 light shakes).
2. Pour olive oil in a frying pan and cook the ingredients marked ○, and it's done!
3. It is easier to cut when it's cooled and the cuts will also look neater.
4. Use paper towels to blot excess oil.

Story Behind this Recipe

Eating a handful of almonds is good for beauty and digestion. My husband eats almonds everyday, and so I wanted to incorporate them in cooking.
