[Low-carb] Easy Mashed Potato-style Okara

Okara can easily and quickly be transformed into mashed potatoes. But since it's okara, you probably won't believe me.

Ingredients: 2-4 servings

Fresh okara
100 g
Soy milk
200 ml
Easy melting cheese
50 g
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Pepper
to taste

Steps

1. Put the okara and soy milk into a pot. Mix well and then turn on the heat to medium.
2. Once Step 1 begins to bubble, add the salt and cheese. Mix well.
3. When the cheese has melted, stir until it becomes as thick as you want.
4. Optionally season with pepper and it's done. It's of course a great side dish to any meat menu, and it also tastes rice replacer when having curry.
