Only 68 calories per cup. Use a shaker to make a simple, frothy latte. I call it matcha latte, but I actually make it with green vegetable juice.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Soy milk (low-cal if possible)
200 ml
Aoijiru (green vegetable juice powder) or matcha
2 teaspoons
Calorie-free sweetener
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Put all the ingredients into a shaker and mix it well. Transfer the contents to a cup and microwave it for 1 minute 30 seconds.

Story Behind this Recipe

I was feeling peckish and wanted to enjoy a warm and filling low calorie drink. Drinking the matcha version when eating sweets is good for your diet. I'm not sure about the effects of drinking the vegetable juice version though.
